Guidance & Planning

Students at Evergreen Lutheran High School are uniquely blessed with gifts that God desires to be used to serve Him and others in His kingdom. Through a Christian foundation and support, students are able to identify God’s plan of service for their future as they recognize and grow in their God-given talents and abilities.

Our goal is to help students discover God’s plans for them after their time at Evergreen. These plans might include higher education in bachelor’s and associate degree programs, technical training, ministry, the military, or the workplace.

I personally meet with every underclassman, annually, to review the academic progress, plan future academic coursework, and begin researching the various options for after high school all according to the gifts God has given our students.

To build strong partnerships between students, parents, and teachers I help guide upperclassmen and parents through the steps of preparing for the SAT, researching post-secondary options, and registering for college. A cooperative dialogue about future plans for students is always welcome.

Below, we have gathered some essential links to help you and your student through the transition to the next stage in their education and life.
